Estandon Impressions, AOC Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, Rosé, 2019

Presentation

Terroir
Estandon Impressions, a Côtes de Provence rosé with the Terroir Sainte-Victoire denomination, which expresses a terroir with poor, well-drained soils, where the vine courageously digs down deep into the limestone and the clay-sandstone to produce a deliciously lively and distinguished rosé. Due to the very sunny continental cliamte, caressed by the Mistral wind and protected from the maritime influences to the south, the grapes ripen later, giving us wines with a characteristic freshness and tension.
