A wine for those who yearn to break free, to bend the rules, to lose themselves in grand passions, to embrace the wildness of nature and the giving of oneself to the elements.

Presentation

Presentation
The grapes, grown in the commune of La Roquebrussanne, a village in the Centre Var, are cosseted and respected in accordance with the principles of organic growing. They possess their own individual character thanks to their terroir and very particular climate. Due to the terroir’s altitude, where the winters are harsh and the summers scorching hot, the wines are very aromatic and appetising.
Vinification
Night mechanical harvest. Short maceration. Pressing. Malolactic thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation blocked. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats, controlled temperatures.
