Pure sun, clear sky, healthy grapes and respect for the vines… A rosé to be served chilled, in complete freedom, to share the joy of being together, and to taste the fruit of our collective choice for organic.

The IGP Méditerranée Estandon wine is a wine appellation whose wines come from the entire territory of the Estandon winegrowers, from Provence Verte through the Massif des Maures to finish in Dracénie.
The grapes are basically harvested mechanically, very early in the night to get this dress so pale.
A short film maceration is performed before pressing. The juices are decanted at low temperature. The alcoholic fermentation is thermo-regulated and the malolactic fermentation is blocked.
Organic wine accredited by Bureau Veritas / Qualité France.

Beautiful pale salmon pink color, the nose is on tangy red fruits, currants and raspberries above all. The palate is smooth, round and keeps a nice liveliness.
Savoured it at 8-10°.
Food pairings
Ideal for the aperitif or to get with nice Mediterranean apetizers, such as eggplant caviar verrines or black olive tapenade.
Ageing potential
Enjoy all year long
