Presentation

Terroir
The IGP Méditerranée Estandon wine is a wine appellation whose wines come from the entire territory of the Estandon winegrowers, from Provence Verte through the Massif des Maures to finish in Dracénie.

The grapes are basically harvested mechanically, very early in the night to get this dress so pale.
A short film maceration is performed before pressing. The juices are decanted at low temperature. The alcoholic fermentation is thermo-regulated and the malolactic fermentation is blocked.

Savoured it at 8-10°.
Food pairings
Ideal for the aperitif or to get with nice Mediterranean apetizers, such as eggplant caviar verrines or black olive tapenade.
