Génération Coopérative, AOP Coteaux varois en Provence, Rosé, 2023

"Work in cooperation to achieve the best". This is the manifesto of a generation of winegrowers who, through combining their efforts, have created this sincere and authentic organic wine. To be shared and enjoyed with good friends, of course!

This wine reflects the commitment of our winegrowers to respecting the environment, from the cultivation of the vines using organic growing methods to the eco-design approach taken to the bottle's packaging.
This wine is made from grapes from selected organically grown plots of vines in the Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC. Located in the heart of Provence, this AOC boasts a unique terroir - a Mediterranean climate with a continental influence and high-altitude vineyards with limestone soil - that allows the grapes to attain a very good phenolic maturity while preserving their acidity.
Harvested at night. Short skin maceration. Pressing. Temperature-controlled traditional vinification in stainless-steel vats.
Organic wine accredited by Qualité France / Bureau Veritas.

Finesse and liveliness
Bright and luminous, with a lovely pale pink hue. An expressive nose with an array of exotic and citrus fruit and a touch of minerality. The palate is elegant, broad and aromatic. The whole is well-balanced and invigorated by a lovely freshness that lends it finesse and liveliness.

Best served at 6-8°C.
Food pairings
With its fine, elegant character, this wine will complement flavoursome cuisine such as fillets of red mullet on a bed of tapenade served with potato mashed up with Guérande salted butter.
