Estandon Black Rosé, IGP Méditerranée, Rosé, 2021

Black Rosé is an IGP (PGI) Mediterranée rosé wine presented in a completely opaque black silk-screened Bordeaux-type bottle.
The cap is a black "Lux" screw cap with a "Soft Touch" texture that reflects the velvet appearance of the bottle.
The case uses the same colour design.
It is an intentionally innovative product that is part of the ESTANDON brand's "AUDACE" offer. It is a concept in its own right.
Its universe will be musical and may well be associated with mixology.

Presentation

Presentation
Bright colour with fuchsia tints and a luscious nose developing notes of boiled sweets and fresh fruit. The palate is crisp, with hints of exotic fruit. The fruit is plump and smooth, balanced by the perfect freshness.
Winemaking
The grapes are primarily harvested by machine, very early in the night to obtain a lovely colour. A short skin maceration is carried out before pressing. The juice is settled at low temperature. The alcoholic fermentation is temperature-controlled and the malolactic fermentation is prevented. The vinification is carried out traditionally in temperature-controlled vats.
