Vinification
Harvested by machine. Short skin maceration. Pressing. Thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation. Prevention of malolactic fermentation. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats.

Golden color with light green glints, floral nose, good freshness in mouth.
