Advice

Tasting notes
With the merest hint of rosé color and a touch of litchi, this smooth wine has a gentle acidity pushing pithy refreshing and fine peach and pear flavors.
Effusively fresh, fruity and quite dry, if you give it some contemplation, it will reward you with great complexity.
Serving
This wine should be chilled to about 8-10 °C before pouring.
Food and wine pairings
It is a warm wine for seafood a la plancha and exotic cuisine.
