Presentation
Presentation
This wine reflects the commitment of our winegrowers to respecting the environment, from the cultivation of the vines using organic growing methods to the eco-design approach taken to the bottle's packaging.
Terroir
This wine is made from grapes from selected organically grown plots of vines in the Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC. Located in the heart of Provence, this AOC boasts a unique terroir - a Mediterranean climate with a continental influence and high-altitude vineyards with limestone soil - that allows the grapes to attain a very good phenolic maturity while preserving their acidity.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at night. Direct pressing followed by settling. Stabulation of the musts for 8 days at a very low temperature. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is prevented. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, in the traditional manner.

Advice
Tasting
The wine displays a bright light-yellow hue flecked with gold. The nose opens with notes of white-fleshed fruit. The wine is fluid on entry to the palate where it reveals a lovely freshness with citrus and floral aromas. The whole is balanced by a lovely taut acidity. Nice persistence.
Serving
Fully appreciate it at 10°C.
Food pairings
This wine is a perfect accompaniment to appetisers, fish, white meat or a strawberry salad with crunchy pistachios.
